Rainbow Writing Contest Rules and Rewards

We here at Rainbow Traffic Solutions know that while advertising and making money online are necessary and important parts of many of our lives that we also need to flex our creative muscles. Let our minds have some fun, unwind, and then regroup to go on some more. They don't call it re-creating for nothing :) So we are having a writing contest.

Pretty simple really - we are posting the beginning of a story. One of the Rainbow Traffic Solutions owners is a big comic book fan and that will be reflected in the first post. Not just spandex clad superhero comics, but character driven ones as well. Plus we love silent movies, sci fi and more! You don't need to limit yourselves to a particular style though - anything that forwards the story will be accepted as a comment. Then, we'll take our favorite parts of those comments and post the next part of the story. Then it's time for you to contribute your ideas again.

There's no minimum you have to contribute - if you've got the world's greatest sentence that goes with our story - send it in! Comments will close for a section after we've posted a new section. So send your comments in early if you want them considered! And please, keep it at least relatively family friendly. We are moderating comments - so if your comment doesn't go at all with the story or if it's wildly inappropriate, it won't be posted and you won't win a prize.

Who can post a comment? Glad you asked. Anybody that is a member of any of the Rainbow Traffic Solutions family of sites. All of the sites except for the matrix/team sites have a free sign-up option so you don't need to shell out cash to participate in our contests or win! You'll need to post the following to be considered for prizes

• the site(s) you are a member of
• your user id(s) at those site(s) - if you are unsure of this, include the email addy you use on the site
• your brilliant contribution to the story

If you've won a prize previously - you can still win again on the next round of stories. So, if you've got a great contribution to the first part of the story and one for the second, you can win prizes for both.

Who wins prizes? Again, glad you asked! Anybody whose comment gets posted for the story portion (comments to this post don't count) will win.

What will you win? Again with the great questions... Well - it depends. You could win banner impressions, solo ads, credits, points, upgrades, cash and more. It'll all depend on what site you are a member of and what prizes we have available to give. We'll post the winners and what they won here.

Rainbow Traffic Paid Sites - for these two sites, you'll need to be a paid member in order to participate. However - that also means that you can win cash. Advertising prizes are available for these sites as well - so there isn't a guarantee that you'll win cash - but it is a possibility! And yes, it is a possibility that goes up based partially on the quality of your contribution and partially on what cash prizes we have available at any given point.
